Holiday Money - Good Luck Matters
Denise Guidry --------------------------------- I realize the luck probably have requirements; however I will hope that we fit into good luck criteria for holiday assistance. My family is and has been in a very trying situation for several years now. Over 5 years ago my husband Tony became very ill, and has never recuperated. I am of the opinion that it is a blessing that he is still here with us. We have a 14 year old daughter who is a real good kid. Tony suffers from CHF, COPD, Ischemic Heart Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Diabetes, Diabetic Neuropathy, TIA Strokes, and Sleep Apnea. 35% of his heart is working and he has 11 stents in his arteries. I know his time with us is going to be short, but I am so grateful, thankful and happy that he is alive. We live on $ 736.00 a month. It is very difficult but we are still here. I am tired and scared most of the time. I am beginning to age quickly but I know that my family needs me to help in any way I can. This year has been the worst for us financially. It has been a chore to keep up with our monthly utilities, food and necessities. Without the help we have received from churches and charity organizations we would not be here today. I keep wishing that our circumstances will improve, but I know the reality of our situation is not improving. Christmas is right around the corner. I am hoping that you would consider helping my family this Christmas. Jessica is in Alpha Omega Christian Academy online and is a very good student. She is working on a computer that is having trouble keeping up with today's technology. In addition, her printer is not functioning and we are unable to print any of her worksheets.
