I wish I had the cash to payoff all my credit card debt. My husband was laid off while we were on our honeymoon 3 years ago. He was out of work for 9 months. He has a great job now but those 9 months put us in a debt hole that we are never going to get out of. I'm at the end of my cash now and am reaching for straws. We have tried getting a 2nd mortage on our home but we have no equity and our credit scores are low due to the amount of debt we have so no one will take a chance. It doesn't seem to matter that all of it is good. I'll never miss a payment while I'm still breathing but it's causing us to go without alot of things. We have no savings, no life insurance, my car is 9 years old and needs some TLC. We haven't had a vacation in 3 years, no Christmas, no dinners out, no nothing. To top it off, this past year I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C and the medication and doctor visits are taking away from anything we may have left. We have always helped anyone who needs it and I was always under the impression that good things come back to you. I'm wondering this might happen. Thanks for listening anyway.

Greetings -

Indeed, I have a dream...

Should there be a goodhearted person or ‘patron’ out there who can really take the time to read this…

In 1996, my mother died of ovarian cancer... Some time ago, she told me that our family belonged to a noble bloodline... At the time, I made fun of her - ridiculed her... Yet, a little while before she died, she repeated this ‘secret’ to me... After she left this mortal world, what she had stated stuck in my mind and I began researching our family's bloodlines...

The work began with some information one of my aunts gave me from, 'The Great Book of the Family' which one of my grand-mothers had kept...

Being an independent researcher at the National Archives of Canada, my experience in 'digging' proved to be quite valuable... After one year of meticulous work, I managed to find a good portion of my mother's ancestry...

Soon afterward, a 'fateful' phone call 'tied it all together’... - by pure coincidence, while helping someone in the course of a 'complaint process' while I was working on contract a local bureau working on international issues, I had the opportunity to speak to someone who knew something about a particular ancestor of mine who had come from Switzerland... Having disclosed the name of this individual to the gentleman who was engaged in conversation with me over the telephone... (about this ancestor) he stated, '…married to Catherine de Baillon?' - astonished, I said, 'Yes. . . How did you know?' He then told me, 'Madam, you are of royal blood. . .' - I had found the 'missing link' which I had been searching for... My mother had been telling the truth all along!

Since then, I have been working on a book of my own [it likely will be a small encyclopedia by the time I am done – or – become a series of books...]. I have pursued other bloodlines and dug up much history...

This book is in memory of my mother and I am 'racing against the clock' [to be able to finish the main charts of it - and - I would need to reverify some dates and particular lines] as I wish to have the majority of this completed as soon as I can in order to show this to my father before he too passes on from this mortal world...

I have proven without a shred of doubt that I am indeed a descendant of Catherine de Baillon and now possess a rare duly signed certificate of authenticity of my lineage to her... I have uncovered some lines which will 'rock this world' and I also wish to share this book with many in the United States and Canada. As I am also a descendant of Canada's founding families [via both my parents – many important ‘founders’ are on my father’s side; among them are relatives of the three men who brought about Canada’s National Anthem…] – hence, many North Americans are my distant cousins [albeit, not all are of the royal lines... – these come from my mother and make me a cousin/relative of practically every European royal ‘house’].

This book will be a historical legacy for many - my children and theirs included. At present, I am not working – despite that I am looking for work [if you have translations to do you may send them my way – my fees are quite reasonable]. I am a single mother whose children have both flown on their own. To pursue this dream I have, I would need a laptop computer [borrow one if that is all that can be done] with sufficient memory to scan documents and to facilitate research in venues where a portable computer is desirable to be able to conduct the work in many places in order to pursue this work. I would give any benefactor proper acknowledgement in my book for the assistance they would provide. Ideal portable computer would require: word processing tools; database software; 'fast speed'; virus protection; Internet capabilities; CD-burner; CD-ROM drive and as much memory as possible to deal with the large files I need to keep 'updated' on it [to be compatible with what is on my home computer]. Also desirable would be: a set of scanners [an office high-resolution type which can take large sheets and a hand-held portable one]; a digital camera with zoom lens (to take photography of historical sites, etc.) with high-resolution potential to permit publishing quality images; a printer [with sufficient memory to print VERY large files & graphic charts - some of the charts will be annexed in a 'pocket' inside my book or be available separately] - it does not have to be in color...; a color printer to print color images of royal arms, etc. which have been found (a graphic artist has given me his services to prepare the computerized plates of these which will be used in some charts as well).

Two other books [in French] have been published on my ancestor so far... both sold out and the second one went into second printing... My work promises to much further what has been done and will offer readers many 'surprises' which had been yet uncovered - and - should it be as successful as I hope it would be, I shall be able to realize another dream... to build a more spacious home [I do need more living space as it is] where I will be able to welcome abused children [I miss small feet in my home and the solitude of not having children around is one of my greatest voids – it took me a while to come to realize this need as being key to my happiness…].

I wish to pursue writing in the course of all my living days and have published a few poems which have been well-received. Financial reasons have oft kept me from reaching my greater goals and submitting work [to date, poetry – for lack of having some needed tools] which had been requested by one of the foremost publishers in the domain. I have written other material as well... and copy-edited the work of other writers…

I also plan to attend university on a part-time basis to obtain my ‘credentials’ in translation, albeit I have years of experience ‘under my belt.’ This will provide me with a decent income to ensure a secure ‘old age’ - as I have, until now, ‘channeled’ my resources to raise my children as well as ‘provide a roof,’ this dream was unattainable before… As you may well note, my English is quite good [my mother tongue is French], hence if you have translations which require to be done, you may have the assurance of high quality work. I hope to start my own home-based translation company. It is a good method to ensure that I have control over my future and that I need not ever worry again about losing a job or fall victim to ‘cutbacks’ in this politically-laden regional environment where I presently reside.

If such a ‘patron’ did consider this dream or a portion of it – or - would have the potential to help fund a few trips abroad [in very specific areas – for research purposes] this would be a most unexpected ‘plus.’

A little ‘team’ of serious volunteer assistants would be welcome [to divide some of the verification work as well as speed up some processes].

And if, God could provide a good partner for me… this Cinderella still holds that ‘secret’ dream as well…

I hope to be granted the chance of meeting my benefactor some day… and perhaps, who knows… we could have a dance in the ballroom… [Cinderella will need time to sew her dress first… That one she can handle on her own… *wink*].

Thank you for having the kindness and patience to have read this in its entirety! May an angel wrap you in its wings and watch over you each day of your life!

I wish that I had more time to spend with my fiance! We are getting married in June, I am in my very first year of teaching, we both moved into a new town, we bought a house in this new town, and we are trying to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in this house. Needless to say, we are very busy right now, and our money situation is stretched to the absolute max! Right now we are trying to drywall the kitchen, and neither of us have done this before. Let's just say it is VERY slow going. This has begun to take a toll on our relationship, and I just wish we weren't in "over our heads" so that we could have some more time to just enjoy each other and take in all of these new things we are experiencing.

Hello. My name is Wanda Luttrull. I am 10 years old. I live with my dad. He has COPD and is unable to work. We only get $234 a month from the welfare and people are kind enough to buy me stuff I need for christmas on the other side of my grandma and grandpa and aunts. But here is my wish. We are really behind on rent, and with only 234 a month we cannot pay rent and electric and gas and phone. We dont have cable and I don't have games like Nintendo or anything. So my dad pays electric and gas and phone and gets grocerys and things like toilet paper. I do not want to be homeless. My dad lost me for a couple of days last week because of how bad the house is but he got me back and a broken down house is better than no house at all. I wish someone would help my dad get approved for SSI since he signed up for it. He has quit smoking. I wish someone would help us pay up the rent. We are behind $400 I think. Our rent is $175 a month. My dad and Mom are separated and my sister lives with my mom and her boyfriend. So please please have a heart and help if you have any love for Jesus at all. Thank you very mych. Wanda. My address is 311 Lelia Drive in Kennett, MO 63857.

My wish is that since I have had Gastric Bypass Surgery that if someone has some size 22 jeans they no longer want and in good condition they would send them to me. I give away my clothes that no longer fit as I was a size 28; except for a couple of pair as I have no money to go out and buy clothing and the ones I wear are SO baggy. Also if someone knows of any jobs that pay legitimately like work at home, or temporary funds until I get back on my feet to pay my bills again. NOT asking for handouts, I could possibly barter or something to that effect. My only other wish is that I could get my own house or apartment as I am having to live with friends, and get a good job that pays well with benefits so I can start giving to others in need. I do have training in Medical Assisting. THanks to all who read this and GOD BLESS YOU! :-) Mary

To Someone who really cares,

I wish and pray for a computer for my children and myself I pray for a desktop for my children and a laptop for me so that I may one day start my own business, and give away computer, cars, houses, clothes, food, and even send some children who can not afford college to school. and make someone's dream come true and put a smile in their heart and on their face.

I wish someone would care, I am single mother with three children, and we are currently homeless living with family members who are not so nice. However, we do thank GOD and appreciate a roof over our head.
But, ther is no place like having a home of your own. Thank you and GOD bless you for taking the time to read my wish.

To whom it may concern. I would really appreciate a free laptop computer with Internet ability. I really would like to write. Poetry, fiction, non-fiction, biography, etc. I believe that the power of a modern day laptop would help this dream become a reality. I have had some experience using computer word-processing software and I find that for me the creative process is better served when I'm plugged into a computer than when I'm scratching it out with pen and paper. The ability to rearrange large portions of my thoughts/writing with a simple mouse click is a remarkable writing tool that allows me to streamline the translation from muse whispering in the void to hardcopy and then hopefully to publisher. I of course would like the coolest laptop I can get but the reality is that I will be very happy with PC or MAC. Old or new. I just know that there are laptops out there collecting dust in somebody's closet. I would like to not only acquire a laptop for myself but also start my own website to help aspiring writers in need by giving them a free laptop too. But perhaps for the purpose of this letter I am getting a bit ahead of myself. :-) So there it is. Can you help? Life can be so strange. Two years ago I was making $40,000.00 a year on salary and now I'm unemployed, broke and begging for a laptop computer on-line. I think there might be a story in this. Can you help me write it? Please write me ezmused@yahoo.com Thank you

I wish that I win the 177 million dollar lottery tonight from Mega Millions. I would instantly give 10% to churches and charities.
Then I would open a multi million "high-tech meets old-school" recording studio that has a connecting hotel for the artists that were recording there. There would be the needs of staffing this facility for 24 hours a day, so that would help with some of the local community unemployment rate. For every national act that comes in and rents the studio the same amount of equal time will be given to unsigned artists for no charge.
There are many GOOD things I could do with the winnings. I have always only taken what I need and given the rest away.

My life long dream is to actually have a home near a coastal beach. Maybe some day a Bed and Breakfast would be nice, to be able to share our home with others. There is nothing wrong with dreaming, and some dreams come true. I have a wonderful family that has gone through a lot of bad times, we don't have much, but we are happy and we have each other.
While still day dreaming, while at the Bed and Breakfast, I picture myself Cooking with the confidence of a Food TV chef, while adding sugar, vanilla and baking powder into the mixture for the pancake recipe I know by heart. Sliced strawberries are added to the fresh fruit already arranged on serving plates. Ahh, the aroma of an awesome meal. "This is truly a perfect meal for our guests this morning."
Towards the end of the day I would walk a journey down the wayside beach picking up shells and sand dollars, feeling the wet sand between my toes, listening to the sounds of the Ocean waves and watching the sunset. Vivid colors of yellows, oranges and reds cascading the darkening blue sky as I trail back to the beautiful place I call home.
Yes, It is a dream...but it is my dream I am sharing with you. You see, I have never lived near an ocean or a beach, nor have I traveled the world. And we all go through hard times as well as good times. And nothing can take away our memories that we charish and keep with us, always.
I have learned to make the best of life, even though it may not be what we want or expect it to be. I always try to be appreciative of the things "I" have rather than waisting time worrying about the things "I" don't have. Its like People waisting time looking for that perfect lover, instead of creating the perfect love. And Life-- it isn't measured by the breaths we take but rather by the moments that take our breath away. And Always Keep Dreaming !!!!
Maybe Some Day Someone Will Answer.
